Creates a new crime of "drug-induced murder" applicable when a death results from unlawful delivery of a controlled substance under sections 195.211 or 195.222.

Drug-induced murder involving any controlled substance other than methamphetamine carries 15-30 years imprisonment, consecutive to any underlying drug delivery conviction.

Drug-induced murder involving methamphetamine carries 30-60 years imprisonment, consecutive to any underlying drug delivery conviction.

The crime applies when death is caused by injection, inhalation, absorption, or ingestion of any amount of the unlawfully delivered controlled substance.
