Wind energy generating devices installed on or after January 1, 2014, with a nameplate rating of 500 kilowatts or more that produce wind energy for commercial sale shall be valued at $360,000 per megawatt of capacity

Annual value adjustments shall be made based on the increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the United States

Physical depreciation of wind energy devices is permitted, calculated by dividing the device's age by 25 and multiplying by the base value, with depreciation capped at 70 percent of the calculated value

The bill repeals and replaces section 137.115 of Missouri Revised Statutes regarding property valuations
