Requires any person required to register as a sex offender under section 589.400 to disclose that status to their buyer's agent when making an offer to purchase real property.

Requires a buyer's agent to disclose in writing to the seller or seller's agent that their client is a registered sex offender, provided the client has disclosed such status to the agent.

Requires a buyer's agent to notify in writing all residents within a one-half mile radius of a property purchased by a registered sex offender within thirty days after closing, if the agent has knowledge of the buyer's status.

Amends section 339.740 to add disclosure requirements for buyer's agents regarding registered sex offenders as a duty obligation of limited agents representing buyers.
