• Appropriates unexpended balances available as of June 30, 2013 for capital improvements and related purposes for state departments during the fiscal period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015.

• Allocates $62,162,182 to the Office of Administration's Division of Facilities Management for statewide facility maintenance, repairs, replacements, and improvements from multiple funds.

• Appropriates $47,691,230 to the Department of Natural Resources' Division of State Parks for capital improvements, maintenance, water/wastewater improvements, land acquisitions, and interpretive exhibits.

• Allocates $18,000,000 to the Department of Conservation for stream access, lake site and land acquisitions, facility improvements, and soil conservation activities.

• Provides $5,990,691 to the Department of Public Safety for state veterans' homes construction and renovations, plus $1,105,526 for Missouri State Highway Patrol facility repairs.
