Adds graphing calculators with a taxable value of $150 or less to the list of items exempt from sales tax during Missouri's annual school supplies sales tax holiday.

Modifies the definition of "school supplies" to explicitly include graphing calculators valued at $150 or less.

Maintains the three-day sales tax holiday period beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the first Friday in August and ending at midnight on the following Sunday.

Allows graphing calculators to qualify for the state sales tax exemption alongside existing exemptions for clothing ($100 or less), school supplies ($50 per purchase), computer software ($350 or less), and personal computers ($3,500 or less).
