Repeals and replaces section 171.181, RSMo, regarding school district purchasing preferences for Missouri-made commodities and in-state businesses

Maintains existing requirement that school boards give preference to commodities manufactured, mined, produced or grown in Missouri when quality and price are approximately the same

Prohibits board members, officers, or employees of seven-director school districts located in first class counties from selling or providing commodities to their district; violators face class A misdemeanor charges and must forfeit their position

Prohibits board members, officers, or employees of seven-director school districts in first, second, third, or fourth class counties from selling or providing commodities to their district except as provided in sections 105.450 to 105.458; violators face class A misdemeanor charges and must forfeit their position
