Allows circuit courts and certain county municipal courts to establish DWI court dockets for defendants who pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content of at least 0.15% or with prior intoxication-related offenses or alcohol-related enforcement contacts.

DWI courts combine judicial supervision, drug testing, continuous alcohol monitoring, substance abuse treatment program compliance, and participant treatment, with courts able to assess necessary costs against participants.

Permits use of court-approved private probation services for judicial supervision when the Department of Probation and Parole is unavailable, with additional costs assessable against participants.

Prohibits rejection of DWI court participants based on residency in a different city or county from where the DWI court is located.

DWI courts may operate in conjunction with drug courts established under existing law.
