Allows persons with suspended licenses due to child support arrearage to apply to the Department of Revenue for limited driving privileges by written application.

Director of Revenue may grant limited driving privileges if the person needs to operate a motor vehicle for employment, medical treatment, school attendance, or other circumstances causing undue hardship.

Applicant must pay a $2,000 fee (applied toward child support arrearage) within 10 days of privilege grant; failure to pay results in immediate revocation of all driving privileges.

Limited driving privilege terminates upon conviction resulting in points assessment (except municipal stop sign violations without accidents), failure to maintain proof of financial responsibility, or if arrest date precedes privilege issuance.

Commercial driver's license holders are ineligible for limited driving privileges for operating commercial motor vehicles; denied applicants may request circuit court review within 30 days of denial notice.
