Requires every member of the General Assembly to undergo random urine chemical testing for drug content during the legislative session, with costs paid by the tested member.

Testing must be performed according to methods and devices approved by the state Department of Health and Senior Services, and conducted by licensed medical personnel or persons with a valid permit from that department.

Members testing positive for illegal drugs or unprescribed drugs are immediately removed from office and prohibited from running for any elective office for two years.

Defines "drug" as marijuana, narcotic drugs, controlled substances as defined in chapter 195, or metabolites of such substances.
