Requires the Department of Corrections to provide local law enforcement chiefs with access to electronic monitoring information (GPS or similar technology) for persons on conditional release from mental health facilities who remain in their county, city, town, or village.

Access shall include user names, passwords, real-time or recorded location information, and any alerts or messages generated by the monitoring technology.

Access continues for the duration of the person's electronic monitoring while residing in the jurisdiction where the releasing facility is located.

Information obtained by local law enforcement chiefs is classified as closed records and cannot be disclosed outside the law enforcement agency except by court order.

Applies only to individuals granted conditional release under Section 632.505 for sexually violent predators found to have changed so their mental abnormality is unlikely to result in future sexual violence if released.
