Requires any person involved in production, sale, distribution, or administration of prescription medications to immediately report illegal conduct by pharmacists or health care professionals to the FDA, state board of pharmacy, or law enforcement if they have reasonable cause to believe it could cause death or serious physical injury.

Report must include the name and address of the pharmacist or health care professional, nature of alleged conduct, complainant's name, and other relevant investigation information.

Knowingly failing to report within a reasonable time is a Class A misdemeanor; knowingly concealing illegal conduct resulting in death or serious physical injury is a Class D felony.

Requires reporting of suspected counterfeit, fake, diluted, or black market drugs in the distribution channel to the FDA, state board of pharmacy, or law enforcement within seven days.

Failure to report suspected counterfeit or black market drugs within seven days is a Class A misdemeanor; employees who attempt to conceal such information is a Class D felony.
