Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" as protected classes under Missouri's discrimination laws across employment, housing, and public accommodations.

Defines "sexual orientation" as male or female heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality by inclination, practice, identity, or expression.

Defines "gender identity" as gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other gender-related characteristics regardless of sex at birth.

Expands the definition of "discrimination" to include unfair treatment based on a person's presumed or assumed sexual orientation or gender identity, whether or not the assumption is correct.

Extends protections against discrimination in employment, housing sales/rentals, financial lending for housing, real estate services, and places of public accommodation to include sexual orientation and gender identity.
