Repeals and replaces section 32.090 of Missouri law regarding Department of Revenue records and document management

Department of Revenue must maintain records of all applications, documents filed, and official certificates or documents issued

All Department of Revenue records are public except as otherwise provided by law, with access procedures established by the department

Personal information obtained by the department cannot be disclosed to the public except as provided in section 32.091

Director of the Department of Revenue may require applications under chapters 301, 306, and 700 to include the applicant's unique identification number (driver's license number, non-driver's license number, or social security number), which is treated as personal, non-public information
