Commissioner of the Office of Administration must install, operate, and maintain live audio and visual recordings of the main entrances to the official capitol offices of the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house, and president pro tempore of the senate.

Recordings shall be broadcast live on the internet and archived for a minimum of 75 years, with the ability to reproduce specific time frames upon request.

Reproduction requests may be charged up to $10 per hour of recording, with costs for installation, operation, and maintenance paid from funds appropriated to the Office of Administration.

Registered lobbyists must use only the designated main entrance when entering or exiting these offices and may only discuss bills, laws, contracts, or bids with these elected officials in their official capitol offices.

Registered lobbyists who willfully violate these requirements face Class A misdemeanor charges; elected officials who violate the section may be removed from office.
