Repeals and replaces section 115.436, RSMo, relating to voter accessibility for physically disabled voters

Requires two election judges (one from each major political party) to bring ballots and voting equipment to physically disabled voters within 200 feet of a polling place who cannot enter

Allows election authorities to designate alternative accessible polling places for physically disabled voters upon request, provided candidates and issues are identical to the voter's assigned precinct

Permits election authorities to assign household members and caregivers of disabled voters to the same polling location as the disabled voter upon request

Mandates that each polling place have at least one accessible voting system compliant with federal requirements (42 U.S.C. Section 15481(a)(3)(B)) for all federal, state, county, municipal, and school district elections held after August 28, 2013
