Prohibits any person under 6 years of age from using any tanning device that emits electromagnetic radiation between 200-400 nanometers used for skin tanning, including sunlamps, tanning booths, and tanning beds.

Makes it a class C misdemeanor for a person under 6 years of age to use a tanning device or for a guardian to knowingly allow a child under 6 years of age to use a tanning device in violation of this section.

Subjects tanning facilities that violate this section to fines of $1,000 per violation, with each use of a tanning device by a minor under 6 years of age counted as a separate offense.

Defines "tanning device" as equipment emitting electromagnetic radiation between 200-400 nanometers for skin tanning purposes and "tanning facility" as any location providing access to tanning devices for compensation.

Assigns enforcement to existing law enforcement personnel and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
