Adds "making a terrorist threat" under section 574.115 to the list of crimes that school administrators must report to law enforcement as soon as reasonably practical when committed by students on school property or during school activities.

Requires school district discipline policies to mandate that administrators report specified serious crimes to teachers and relevant school personnel with a "need to know," defined as staff directly responsible for the student's education or who interact with the student professionally.

Mandates that any portion of a student's individualized education program related to demonstrated or potentially violent behavior must be provided to teachers and staff directly responsible for the student's education.

Establishes that students suspended for offenses listed in the law or drug-related/violent activities cannot be within 1,000 feet of school property during suspension, with limited exceptions for parental supervision, alternative schools, or student residence.

Maintains existing requirements for weapon possession policies, corporal punishment procedures, and liability protections for school personnel acting in conformity with established board policies.
