Office of Administration must sell commercial advertising space on internet web pages operated by the Information Technology Services Division

Advertising must comply with restrictions: cannot be libelous, obscene, promote illegal products/services, promote illegal discrimination, or support/oppose political candidates or causes

All advertisements must include a disclaimer stating they are paid commercial advertisements and that the state does not endorse the product, service, or quality/performance

Revenue from advertising sales split equally: 50% deposited to the state school moneys fund and 50% to the state treasury general revenue fund

Contracts awarded to qualified bidders submitting the lowest and best bid; rulemaking authority subject to review under chapter 536
