Creates the "Missouri International Business Advertising Fund" in the state treasury consisting of appropriated moneys, gifts, contributions, grants, or bequests for attracting international businesses to Missouri

Fund may be used for advertising in international business magazines, social media sites, and search engines with international traffic, and to promote the fund itself

State Treasurer serves as custodian and approves disbursements; fund balance does not revert to general revenue at end of biennium and earnings are credited back to the fund

Missouri Small Business Technology and Development Center administers the fund with goal of encouraging businesses outside the United States to relocate to Missouri

Center establishes a committee of 3-5 members to review international markets with increased U.S. business relocation and direct marketing campaigns toward companies in those markets
