Repeals and replaces sections 209.150, 209.152, and 209.200 of Missouri law relating to service dogs and public accommodations for people with disabilities.

Expands the definition of "disability" to include "other" disabilities as defined in section 213.010, broadening protections beyond visual, aural, and physical disabilities.

Adds "emotional support animal" as a category of service dog that provides therapeutic benefit through companionship without specific disability training.

Introduces new service dog categories including psychiatric service dogs trained to mitigate psychiatric disabilities such as PTSD, anxiety disorder, and bipolar disorder; professional therapy dogs; and search and rescue dogs for people with mental disabilities.

Defines "service team dog" as a trained service dog working with both a disabled person and a trained adult handler as a team.
