Requires ignition interlock devices on all vehicles operated by persons convicted of a first or subsequent intoxication-related traffic offense for a minimum of six months from license reinstatement.

Reduces suspension periods from 30 days to 15 days for certain violations (subdivisions 8, 9, or 10 of section 302.302) if the person installs an ignition interlock device, followed by a 75-day restricted driving period instead of 60 days.

Extends ignition interlock device requirement periods by an additional six months if monitoring reports show blood alcohol readings above the established setpoint or evidence of device tampering or circumvention.

Makes it illegal for vehicle owners to rent, lease, or lend vehicles to persons with restricted driving privileges unless equipped with a functioning ignition interlock device, and requires drivers to notify others of their restrictions.
