Creates the "Show Me Heroes Education Fund" in the state treasury, administered by the Adjutant General, to provide tuition assistance to qualified military personnel

Defines "qualified military personnel" as Missouri National Guard members certified as satisfactorily participating in required training who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents without a prior bachelor's degree

Requires applicants to be enrolled as full-time or part-time undergraduate students at approved public institutions and maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale

Establishes eligibility restrictions including prohibitions on convictions related to use of force at educational institutions, enrollment in theology or divinity degree programs, and receiving educational assistance for more than 10 semesters under the Missouri National Guard Assistance Program

Fund automatically sunsets one year after the effective date; includes emergency clause for immediate enactment
