Requires non-regionally accredited institutions of higher education in Missouri to disclose their lack of regional accreditation during the admission application process in writing.

Mandates that students sign acknowledgment of the disclosure (in writing or electronically) prior to registering for any credit-granting classes, with the disclosure in no less than 14-point font.

Requires disclosure to state that college credits earned may not be transferrable to regionally accredited universities, colleges, junior colleges, community colleges, or trade schools.

Applies the disclosure requirement to students admitted or enrolled prior to August 28, 2013 through mail or email, though signature acknowledgment is not required for these students.

Exempts institutions of higher education affiliated with religious organizations and accredited by national faith-related accrediting organizations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
