Extends MO HealthNet eligibility to individuals aged 19-64 with income at or below 133% of federal poverty level plus 5% beginning January 1, 2014

Eligible individuals must qualify under 42 U.S.C. Section 1396a(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII) and receive coverage for the health benefits service package as approved by the Department of Social Services

Requires reimbursement rates to MO HealthNet providers for these individuals to be comparable to commercial insurance payment levels with annual trend adjustments, determined by the Department of Social Services

Provision becomes ineffective if the Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148) is repealed or if federal funding for the specified payment percentages becomes unavailable or insufficient
