Repeals and reenacts sections relating to filing fees for limited liability companies, corporations, limited liability partnerships, and limited partnerships.

Establishes specific filing fees for various business documents, including articles of organization ($100), corporate registration reports ($40 written/$15 electronic), and certificates of limited partnership ($100).

Restricts fee changes to a specific window between the first Wednesday after the first Monday of January and the first Friday following the second Monday in May, occurring every four years starting in 2014.

Any approved fee changes must be implemented beginning August 28th of the year in which changes are made.

Applies fee modification restrictions to sections 347.179 (LLCs), 351.125 (corporation registration), 355.021 (corporations), 358.440 (limited liability partnerships), and 359.651 (limited partnerships).
