Permits harvesting equipment used for cutting, felling, trimming, delimbing, debarking, chipping, skidding, loading, unloading, and stacking to be transported on local log trucks

Maintains existing weight limits and axle restrictions for local log trucks and tractors, with penalties if weight limits are exceeded
