Recognizes that organs and tissue from a single nonliving donor can benefit more than 50 people, and living donors can donate kidneys and portions of livers, lungs, pancreas, or intestines

Calls for awareness campaigns addressing barriers to minority organ donation and promoting healthy living and disease prevention to decrease transplant needs
