Encourages the Missouri Veterans Commission and its women veterans state coordinator to collaborate with the National Foundation for Women Legislators and the Center for Women Veterans at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to reach out to women veterans in Missouri regarding their specific needs and concerns.

Directs state legislators and agency officials to work together to identify unique issues impacting women veterans and consider policy solutions to improve their quality of life.

Notes that women comprise over 14% of active duty military personnel and nearly 17% of Reserves and National Guard, with the women veteran population projected to reach nearly 2 million by 2020.

Formally honors all women veterans in Missouri who have served in the military and recognizes their important role in shaping the nation.

Instructs the Chief Clerk of the Missouri House of Representatives to provide a properly inscribed copy of the resolution to the Missouri Veterans Commission.
