Urges the United States Congress and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to reevaluate the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.

Claims that caloric and protein limits under the Act's policies are applied uniformly regardless of student age, weight, nutritional needs, or athletic participation, with kindergarten and fifth grade students receiving identical meal portions and calorie restrictions.

Asserts that students are experiencing extreme hunger, headaches from inadequate nutrition, and insufficient energy for after-school athletic activities since the Act's policies took effect.

Contends that the Act is inadequate because it addresses nutrition but lacks provisions regarding exercise and physical activity.

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary, Congressional leadership, and all members of the Missouri Congressional delegation.
