Expresses Missouri's opposition to the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty in its current form and any treaty that infringes on the right to keep and bear arms

Asserts that the right to keep and bear arms is a natural right codified in the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution

Objects to the Treaty's broad coverage of military munitions and small arms, record-keeping requirements for all arms, and potential expansion of federal firearms controls

Urges the President, Secretary of State, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, and all U.S. Senators to reject the current form of the Treaty or any similar treaty

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to federal officials, state governors, state legislatures, and Missouri's Congressional delegation
