Submits to Missouri voters a proposed amendment to Article I of the state constitution to add a new Section 36 protecting the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife.

Establishes that citizens have a constitutional right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife, with the conservation commission maintaining control over management, restoration, and regulation of wildlife resources.

Prohibits laws, rules, and regulations from unreasonably restricting hunting, fishing, harvesting wildlife, or the use of traditional devices and methods, with all such regulations required to serve wildlife conservation and management purposes.

Declares public hunting and fishing to be the preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife.

Does not modify existing common law or statutes relating to trespass or property rights.
