Submits to Missouri voters a constitutional amendment to Article I adding two new sections (35 and 36) for the 2014 general election held on Tuesday following the first Monday in November, 2014, or at a special election called by the governor

Section 35 guarantees farmers and ranchers the right to employ modern farming and ranching practices and agricultural technology, prohibiting any law that abridges these rights

Section 36 establishes the right of Missouri citizens to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife, with control and management vested in the state conservation commission as established in Article IV, Section 40

Section 36 prohibits laws, rules, or regulations from unreasonably restricting hunting, fishing, harvesting wildlife, or use of traditional devices and methods, except as necessary for wildlife conservation and management

Establishes the official ballot language asking voters whether the Missouri Constitution should be amended to protect modern farming and ranching practices and ensure unrestricted hunting and fishing rights
