Prohibits requiring employees as a condition of employment to join or refrain from joining a labor organization, or to pay dues, fees, assessments, or equivalent charitable contributions to a labor organization

Declares any agreement between employers and labor organizations that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void

Establishes violations as a class C misdemeanor and provides injured parties with rights to injunctive relief, damages, and reasonable attorney fees

Requires county prosecuting attorneys and the state attorney general to investigate complaints and prosecute violations

Exempts federal employers and employees, Railway Labor Act covered employers, exclusive federal enclaves, and existing collective bargaining agreements entered before the effective date, but applies to new agreements or renewals
