Requires all meat and fish produced in Missouri that is genetically modified and sold in the state for human consumption to bear a label indicating genetic modification, effective September 1, 2015

Defines "genetically modified" as animals or fish whose genetic structure has been altered at the molecular level through recombinant DNA and RNA techniques, cell fusion, gene deletion or doubling, introduction of exogenous genetic material, or similar procedures, and includes the progeny of genetically modified animals or fish

Establishes violations as class C misdemeanors with each transaction counted as a separate violation

Exempts animals or fish raised without knowing and intentional use of genetic modification if the seller provides a sworn statement confirming no knowing or intentional genetic modification occurred

Authorizes the Department of Agriculture to promulgate rules to implement the section under chapter 536 rulemaking authority
