Creates new section 262.795 to allow children to perform agricultural work on farms owned by parents, siblings, grandparents, or aunts/uncles without standard child labor restrictions

Permits children to work on family farms and family farm corporations with parental knowledge and consent, including work otherwise prohibited by sections 294.040(1), (2), (3), (7), and (12)

Exempts qualifying agricultural work from the requirement to obtain a work certificate normally mandated by section 294.024

Exempts children performing permitted farm work from hour limitations in section 294.030 and subsection 4 of section 294.045

Maintains restrictions on other prohibited activities in section 294.040 not specifically exempted
