Requires the oversight division of the joint committee on legislative research to perform actuarial analyses beginning September 1, 2013, studying cost impacts if Missouri mandates health insurance coverage for orally administered anticancer medication and eating disorder treatment.

Orally administered anticancer medication must be analyzed assuming equal co-payment, deductible, and coinsurance amounts as intravenously administered or injected cancer medication, regardless of formulation.

Eating disorder coverage analysis must include residential treatment (if medically necessary per American Psychiatric Association guidelines) and integrated care including psychological services, nutrition counseling, physical therapy, dietician services, medical monitoring, and psychiatric monitoring.

Actuarial analysis must assume coverage is not subject to greater deductibles or co-payments than other health care services and does not apply to supplemental insurance policies.

Director must submit report of findings to legislative leaders and relevant health insurance committee chairpersons by December 31, 2013; analysis cost shall not exceed $30,000; section expires December 31, 2013.
