Designates the portion of Interstate 70 from mile marker 248 to the Illinois border as the "Andy Gammon Memorial Highway" with costs for signage paid by private donations

Designates the new Interstate 70 bridge crossing the Mississippi River between downtown St. Louis and southwestern Illinois as the "Stan Musial Memorial Bridge" with costs for signage paid by private donation

The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs for all designated highways and the bridge

The Stan Musial Memorial Bridge designation becomes effective only after Illinois designates its portion of the bridge with the same name through legislative action or otherwise
