Modifies duty disability retirement requirements to remove the need for applicant request and clarifies that "full and unrestricted duties" means inability to perform all essential job functions as established by the board of police commissioners.

Creates new penalties for presenting false identification at gambling establishments: persons 21 and older face class B misdemeanor for first offense and class A misdemeanor for subsequent offenses; persons under 21 face $500 fine and infraction for first offense and class B misdemeanor for subsequent offenses.

Requires quasi-government entities providing information management services to criminal justice and court systems to provide data integration access to political subdivisions in web service or file transfer format at no additional charge upon written request.
