Requires limited lines travel insurance producers to maintain an annually updated register of all travel retailers offering insurance on their behalf, including retailer names, addresses, contact information, and federal tax identification numbers.

Mandates that travel retailers provide customers with written materials disclosing the insurer's identity and contact information, explaining that travel insurance purchase is optional, and noting that unlicensed retailers cannot answer technical questions about coverage or evaluate existing insurance.

Prohibits unlicensed travel retailer employees from evaluating insurance terms, providing coverage advice, or representing themselves as licensed insurers or insurance experts.
