Repeals and replaces section 196.311, RSMo, to expand the definition of "eggs" from only chicken eggs to include shell eggs from domesticated chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, or guinea fowl intended for human consumption

Maintains existing definitions for consumer, container, dealer, denatured eggs, director, inedible eggs, person, processor, retailer, and sell as they relate to egg regulations

Applies the definitional changes to sections 196.311 through 196.361 of Missouri Revised Statutes relating to egg grading and handling

Changes are effective upon passage as a truly agreed to and finally passed bill from the 97th General Assembly in 2013
