Appointed supreme, appellate, and circuit court judges must disqualify themselves from hearing cases where a party or party's attorney was a member of the judicial commission that nominated the judge

Appointed judges must disqualify themselves when a party's attorney currently works at a firm where a member of the nominating judicial commission is also currently employed

Circuit judges disqualified under this section must be replaced by another circuit judge called in under Missouri Constitution Article V, Section 15, or by requesting the supreme court to transfer a judge under Article V, Section 6

Creates new section 477.655 in Missouri Revised Statutes to establish judge disqualification requirements
