Prohibits employers from requiring employees to become or remain members of labor organizations as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or equivalent charitable donations to labor organizations as a condition of employment.

Declares any agreements between employers and labor organizations that violate these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void.

Establishes violations as class C misdemeanors and allows injured persons to seek injunctive relief and recover all damages including attorney fees.

Exempts employers and employees covered by the federal Railway Labor Act, federal employers and employees, and existing collective bargaining agreements entered into before the effective date.
