Mothers may breast-feed or express breast milk in any public or private location where they are otherwise authorized to be.

Breast-feeding or expressing breast milk shall not constitute sexual conduct, public indecency, indecent exposure, lewd touching, obscenity, or any similar offense under state or municipal law.

Municipalities are prohibited from enacting ordinances that restrict or prohibit mothers from breast-feeding or expressing breast milk in public or private locations where they are authorized to be.

Nursing mothers may request to be excused from jury service by providing a written statement from their physician certifying their nursing status.
