Creates the Missouri Lead Industry Employment, Economic Development and Environmental Remediation Task Force to study and make recommendations on lead industry development in Missouri

Task force mission includes examining environmental settlement effects, promoting clean lead industry development, drafting legislative proposals with rules and regulations, and assessing economic potential of clean lead industry policies

Task force composition includes the Governor as chair, Attorney General, Director of Department of Natural Resources, four legislative members (majority and minority from both chambers), and two industry representatives

Staff from Senate Research shall provide legal, research, clerical, technical, and bill drafting services; members receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses

Task force shall hold organizational meeting within 15 days and terminate by February 1, 2014, or earlier by majority vote, with final report of findings and recommendations delivered to the General Assembly upon termination
