Establishes E. coli testing standard for Missouri state park designated swim beaches using EPA Method 1603 or equivalent method measuring culturable E. coli, with a geometric mean of 190 colony forming units per 100 milliliters.

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to post "Swimming is Not Recommended" signs when beaches exceed the established geometric mean standard.

Authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to close beaches when documented health risks are identified, including wastewater bypass, E. coli levels exceeding 1,260 colony forming units per 100 milliliters, hazardous chemical spills, or localized disease outbreaks.
