Creates the "Missouri International Business Advertising Fund" in the state treasury consisting of appropriated moneys, gifts, contributions, grants, or bequests.

Fund shall be used exclusively to attract international businesses to Missouri through advertising in international business magazines, international social media sites, and search engines receiving international traffic.

State Treasurer serves as custodian of the fund and approves disbursements; fund balance does not revert to general revenue at end of biennium.

Missouri Small Business Technology and Development Center and its coordinator shall administer and manage the fund with the goal of encouraging businesses located outside the United States to relocate to Missouri.

Development center shall establish a committee of 3-5 persons to review international markets experiencing increased business relocation to the United States and direct marketing campaigns accordingly.
