Amends section 516.105, RSMo to include mental health professionals licensed under chapter 337 in the statute of limitations for health care malpractice claims.

Establishes a two-year statute of limitations from the date of the negligent act for claims against mental health professionals for malpractice, negligence, error, or mistake related to health care.

Applies the same exceptions to mental health professionals as other health care providers, including discovery rule exceptions for foreign objects left in the body and negligent failure to inform patients of medical test results.

Sets an absolute cap of ten years from the date of the negligent act or two years from a minor's eighteenth birthday, whichever is later, for filing any malpractice action.

Extends the deadline for minors under eighteen to file claims until their twentieth birthday, consistent with existing law for other health care providers.
