Establishes the "Freedom to Work Act" as a new section 290.589 of Missouri law, amending chapter 290, RSMo.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees, as a condition of employment, to join or refrain from joining a labor organization.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or other charges to a labor organization as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to pay equivalent amounts to charities or third parties in lieu of labor organization dues or fees.

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void.
