Prohibits employers and labor organizations from requiring employees to become or remain members of a labor organization as a condition of employment.

Prohibits requiring employees to pay dues, fees, assessments, or similar charges to labor organizations, or to pay equivalent amounts to charities or third parties as a substitute.

Declares agreements between labor organizations and employers that violate these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void.

Establishes violations as a class C misdemeanor and provides injured persons the right to seek injunctive relief and recover all damages, costs, and reasonable attorney fees.

Exempts employers and employees covered by the federal Railway Labor Act, federal employers and employees, exclusive federal enclaves, and collective bargaining agreements entered before the effective date of this section.
