Expands immunity for school district employees, agents, and volunteers administering CPR and using automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to act in accordance with standard medical practices and AED instructions.

Allows training courses approved by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services as an alternative to American Red Cross or American Heart Association certification for AED users.

Requires persons or entities acquiring AEDs to notify emergency communications districts or ambulance dispatch centers of the AED location and establish physician oversight of clinical protocols for AEDs outside healthcare facilities.

Extends liability protection to persons and entities using, providing, owning, or training others on AEDs, unless acting in a willful, wanton, or reckless manner.

Mandates that all basic life support ambulances and stretcher vans in Missouri be equipped with an AED and staffed by at least one individual trained in AED use.
